Multi-Member LLC's utilize a Buy Sell Agreement for a number of reasons. It can serve as the rules for if the members decide to break up, prohibit unwanted members from joining or forcing their way into the LLC, and many other reasons. Read more about this important document here.
A Buy Sell Agreement can be added on to any LLC Formation Package for only $895. Alternatively, a custom Buy Sell Agreement for an existing LLC is a flat fee of $1,495.

Statutory Agent Service
